CBK Central Bank of Kuwait
The new Central Bank of Kuwait, in Kuwait City’s Sharq area, contains 140,000 sq. mts of floor space. The 41 storey building is 240 mts high. Much of the marble used for the exterior walls (south building) as well as for the interior were provided by Savema Spa, Pietrasanta, Italy. The large brand name and logo in Moca Cream marble, placed on one of the façades of the building, was made by Mauro Marmi.
Mormon temple – Roma
Mormon Temple is the first Italian temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), built to house a congregation that has increased its numbers from 9,000 to nearly 30,000 in less than 30 years. The temple is situated on the outskirts of Rome, along the ancient Via Francigena. The surfaces throughout the large building, including floors and walls, are made of Perlato Svevo marble.

New York National September 11 Memorial
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is an imposing, emotionally impactful, national monument. It was built in New York in memory of the thousands of victims who lost their lives during the September 11th terrorist attacks in 2001. Set within the footprints of the original Twin Towers there are now two reflecting pools symbolizing the loss of life and the void left behind after the terrible attacks. The names of the 2,977 people who died are inscribed around the sides of the twin memorial pools.
Opera del Duomo Museum – Florence
The museum contains works from the group of buildings making up Florence Cathedral, comprising Giotto’s Bell Tower and Baptistery, and includes works by Andrea Pisano, Nanni di Bianco, Arnolfo di Cambio, Michelangelo’s Bandini Pieta and one of the largest collections in the world by Donatello. Mauro Marmi created the ‘Parete degli Artisti’ (Wall of Artists), composed of white marble panels engraved with the names of great artists from the classical era.
